App name
Save as Draft app will create a custom ticket field in your account when it is installed. An agent can access the app through the editor bar. There are three buttons: O (Open Draft), S (Save Draft), and D (Delete Draft). Draft information is stored in the custom ticket field. All users can access the draft for the ticket.
Drafts are unavailable when working on a new ticket. If you'd like to save a draft while working on a new ticket, please create the ticket first, then you can save the draft
